1. I declare that I enter and participate at my own risk.
2. I acknowledge that organisers, sponsors and any other party shall not take responsibility, financial or otherwise, arising out of negligence or otherwise for any direct loss, injury or death sustained by myself as a result of any intended or actual participation in this event or related activities.
3. I acknowledge all entrants under the age of 16 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
4. I acknowledge that the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the 5km and 12km Events under the age of 16.
5. I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable, and that my entry is not transferable.
6. I acknowledge that the organisers reserve the right to cancel any of the series events due to ‘act of god’ or any other circumstances beyond the organisers control, without any refund.
7. I understand that cycles, skateboards, scooters and roller blades are strictly prohibited from the event.
8. I understand that I must follow the event route as laid out by the organisers. Course information will be available for observation at the start/finish area and registration - unless directed by event officials or police.
9. I understand that road closures are to enable runners to legally use the road, and to enable organisers to manage traffic. I accept that I will share the road with traffic.
10. I acknowledge that participants being overtaken must give way to passing runners at all times.
11. I authorise the use of my name, voice, picture and any other information provided by me on this entry form to be used without remuneration in any media, promotions and/or advertising for this and/or any other events and activities undertaken by event organisers.
