START TIMES:
All events will start at 10am on the trails in front of the main Snowfarm building
RACE BRIEFINGS:
The race briefings will take place at 9.50am at the start area located outside the main Snowfarm building. All participants must be present
REGISTRATIONS:
Available ONLINE and on the day at the registration area located within the Snowfarm building between 8.30am – 9.30am
RACE NUMBERS:
Race numbers are to be collected on race day at the registration area in the main Snowfarm building and are to be worn on the front and clearly visible
OFFICIALS:
All runners, walkers and cyclists are required to follow the markers on the course and directions of all race officials. Some sections of the course will be closed to traffic – however there will be some sections of the course that will be open to traffic. Please be aware of traffic at all times
DRINK STATIONS:
Drink stations (water) for all events will be readily available out on the course.
CHANGING FACILITIES / TOILETS:
All amenities will be available in the Snowfarm building
REFRESHMENTS:
Refreshments will be available to purchase at the Snowfarm throughout the day
PRIZE GIVING:
The prize giving for all events will take place inside the Snowfarm building at approx 1.00pm
CAR PARKING:
Parking facilities will be available in front of the main Snowfarm building – please follow the directions of the race officials on race day
FIRST AID:
First Aid Facilities will be readily available at the Start / Finish area
MASSAGE / PHYSIO:
Massage and physiotherapy will be available at the start / finish area
WASTE:
Please dispose of any waste in the waste bins provided
